At TECHSTEP (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, we provide software house services and IT training through both online platforms and physical campuses. Our "shipping" refers to the digital delivery of services or access to training materials, not the shipment of physical products.
1. Digital Service Delivery
- Access to online training programs, software tools, or downloadable resources is typically delivered via email, online portals, or download links within 1–2 business days of purchase.
- Login details, software licenses, and instructions are sent to the email address provided at registration.
- Please ensure your email address is correct to avoid delays.
2. Physical Class Enrollments
- For on-site training sessions, class schedules and campus details will be shared via email or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of registration.
- Students should arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled session.
3. No Physical Shipping
TECHSTEP does not ship any physical goods. All services are delivered digitally or in person at our campuses.
