TECHSTEP provides software development services and IT training programs both online and in-person. Services are provided subject to availability and are designed to support learners and clients professionally.

2. Course Enrollment

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Course certificates will only be issued upon full completion and fee clearance.
• TECHSTEP reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollments if deemed necessary.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance before gaining access to any course or service.
• Refunds are not applicable once course content or software access is provided unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, digital materials, and software created by TECHSTEP are protected by intellectual property laws and must not be shared, copied, or reproduced without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

TECHSTEP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services. We aim to deliver consistent service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Code of Conduct

• All students and clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior.
• Disruptive or unethical conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of relevant courts in Pakistan.
