Refund Policy
At TECHSTEP (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT training and software development services. We value customer satisfaction and aim for transparency in our policies.
📚 Training Services (Online & Physical)
- Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested at least 3 days before the course start date.
- Partial Refund: If requested within the first two classes, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No Refund: After two sessions or once full course content is accessed, no refund is applicable.
- Course Cancellation: If a course is cancelled by us, a full refund or batch transfer will be offered.
💻 Software Development & IT Services
- Advance Payments: Non-refundable once development work has started.
- Milestone Projects: Refunds only available for uninitiated or incomplete milestones.
- Dissatisfaction: Partial refund may be considered if dissatisfaction is reported at the prototype stage.
- Force Majeure: Delays due to uncontrollable events are reviewed case-by-case, but not guaranteed for refunds.
